Refund policy
RETURNS
All goods are custom produced. We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is received damaged due to a manufacturing defect, or qualifies under our style/fit exchange policy.
From receipt of your online order, you must notify us of any damage within 5 days of delivery. Returned goods are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect. Without valid proof of damage, returns will not be accepted.
To raise a damage claim, customers are required to provide a clear, continuous video of opening the package from start to finish. The video must be unedited and clearly show the packaging and the product. Claims submitted without a full unboxing video will not be accepted.
All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original labels intact (including swing ticket / stick-on labels / additional tags). Any items that are spoiled by perfume, aftershave, or body spray in any manner will not be accepted.
To start the returns process, you will need your order number and the email address used when placing your order. Please email info@belafuori.com with your order details, unboxing video, and images of the damage.
Once the return shipment (if approved) has arrived back with us, we will inspect the contents. Approved claims will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be processed within two working days of receipt. A confirmation will be sent via email. Please also check your spam/junk folders.
If there are any issues with your return or claim, we will be in touch via email.
STYLE / FIT EXCHANGES
If the style does not fit or is not visually appealing, customers may request an exchange to a different style or opt for store credit.
Exchange or store credit requests for style or fit concerns must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
No monetary refunds will be issued for style or fit-related requests. All such requests will be resolved via exchange or store credit only, subject to inspection and approval.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, odor, or use will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email (info@belafuori.com) within 5 days of receipt.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear images of the issue
- A full unboxing video of the package being opened
Without the above, we will be unable to assist.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
All approved claims are resolved via store credit only.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the approved claim once the return is received and inspected.
If the item was not marked as a gift, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product (only after approval), you should request the return address by emailing info@belafuori.com.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
ORDER LEAD TIME
Order lead time is a minimum of 25 days, as all goods are custom produced.
